Lesley has lived in Bromley since 1981 and in Plaistow ward since 1992, where she has been actively involved in the community. A former primary school teacher at Burnt Ash Primary School, she has also supported local events and volunteered helping others in need. Lesley is particularly interested in protecting parks and improving road repairs. She is standing to ensure local people are listened to and to bring a fresh approach to representing residents.
Peter has lived in Bromley since 1981 and in Plaistow ward since 1992, where he has been active in the local community, including at Brook Lane Community Church. Originally an ecologist with a PhD in zoology, he later worked in software development and communications standards. Now retired, he volunteers locally and enjoys woodwork and supporting community theatre. Peter is standing to help build a stronger, more inclusive community and ensure the council listens to and responds to all residents’ needs.
