PRATTS BOTTOM: Esso Chimes not appealing against license decision11.37.25am UTC (GMT +0000) Thu 2nd Feb 2006 An email from Bromley Council's licensing officer has indicated that Esso Chimes will not be appealing against the decision taken last week by the Licensing Sub-Committee Subject: ESSO CHIMES SERVICE STATION, CHELSFIELD Dear Mr Borrowman Further to your email of the 30th January 2006. I've today received a letter from the Solicitors acting on behalf of the above premises. They have indicated that they are happy to accept the Council's decision from the hearing.
