A second Conservative Councillor has been found to have quietly moved out of the area while still collecting £10,000 a year in allowances from local residents.

Councillor Adrian Marshall has a long drive from Blackboys to Chelsfield if he is to represent local residents.

Chelsfield & Pratts Bottom Conservative councillor Adrian Marshall moved out of the area to Blackboys, near to the East Sussex coast, just after Easter. He still claims the £10,000 a year allowance for being a local councillor.

In a bid to hide his new address, Councillor Marshall asks local residents to contact him via Bromley Civic Centre - even though he can be traced via http://www2.bt.com/edq_resnamesearch?

Bromley Lib Dem Leader David McBride said: "We now have two Tory councillors who do not live in the borough drawing payment for being councillors.

Both should resign and allow residents to elect someone who can represent them properly."
